    Become a Wedding Celebrant 

    David, your trainer, is an award winning Wedding Celebrant. You will learn what an exciting & rewarding job being a Wedding Celebrant is. You will learn how to write & deliver a wedding ceremony, how to conduct client meetings and how to personalise wedding ceremonies so every couple is delighted.

    David was England's most recommended Wedding Celebrant in 2022 & won a Hitched 2024 Wedding Award again for being a top celebrant on the Hitched.co.uk wedding planning platform. David received the top (Platinum Award) in the 2024 Bridebook Awards. This course includes the "Wedding Celebrant Business Launch Pad" which shows you what he has done to achieve this and  what you need to do to successfully launch your new business.

    How will you learn

    You will learn through watching a range of practical instructional videos with tips, shortcuts and real world examples. There are quick quizzes to help you check your learning. You will be given a range of templates, guides and materials to help you get started and to save you time. You will get one-to-one support and feedback on practical assessments and one-to-one support and written feedback on submitted work.     Meet the instructor

    DAVID WILLIS

    David Willis is an award winning Independent Wedding Celebrant working across the North (Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Cheshire) and the South of England (Thames Valley). David has been an educator for 23 years, teaching business and economics and working 15 years in senior leadership developing other educators, including as a headteacher.

    David and his wife designed and wrote their own wedding ceremony over 25 years ago. Since then David has written and delivered personal and bespoke wedding ceremonies for couples across the country, specialising in ceremonies which involve children.  As well as writing and delivering wedding, renewal of vows, naming and adoption ceremonies, David also supports other Celebrants in their professional development.
